In reference to the recruitment process of clerks through IBPS Clerk 2 project, United Bank of India has put a notice on their website and advised the selected candidates to report at the Regional Offices as mentioned against their names for completing Pre-employment Formalities including Medical Examination on 05.06.2013 at 10.30 A.M.
The candidates are also advised to bring all the following certificates/testimonials for verification:
1. 4 (four) copies of your recently taken photograph.
2. The original of certificates/testimonials/documents pertaining to your Age, Caste, Qualification etc
for verification along with one set of attested copies of such documents.
3. The SC/ST/OBC/PWD certificate should be as per the standard proforma prescribed by the IBPS.
4. You would also be required to fill-up Bio-data form, HRMS Data Sheet, proforma for New Pension Scheme etc. to be provided to you by the Bank.
