Interview Experience - Syndicate Bank Clerk (IBPS 2011)

I am very glad to share with you all that I have been selected as a clerk in Syndicate Bank through IBPS 2011. I think this is the beginning of my journey. My thirst for growth is still not quenched yet. Today where I am is just because of my parents support , my older brothers moral support and BANK POWER TEAM.

NAME                                   :  KAVITA NEGI
EDUCATION BACKGROUND :  B.A (H) ENGLISH
WRITTEN EXAM CRACKED  :  IBPS 2011
FINAL SELECTION               :  SYNDICATE BANK

It all started when I was in my final year of BA (H) in Delhi University. Like all other batchmates of mine, I was also worried about my placement. After lot of introspection and analysing my personal needs, I decided to go for a government job. Next, I decided to prepare for PSU Bank jobs for two reasons - first it had good number of openings and second, it offered huge growth opportunities in future. One of my friend suggested me Bank Power for my preparation and it turned out to be the best decision of mine with to respect to my hunt for a government job.

During my preparations lots of ups and downs came in my life. Some of my relatives used to discourage me and my parents - as in, its very difficult to get into a PSU Bank, being a girl I need not worry too much about job and so on. But every time, I came across any such criticism I made me more stronger and I used to think that one day I will prove them all wrong. At that time, my elder brother always stood my me and gave me moral support. Best part of the Bank Power coaching was that during the week we used to have regular classes and during weekend we used to have a test. These tests really helped me in identifying week areas and gave me real status of my preparation. IBPS Clerk 2011 was my first written test and by God's grace I was able to qualify in the same.

After the IBPS result in March 2012 , comes the interview preparation time . Then, again, i have opted "BANK POWER". There i have been guided by SBI retired Mr.Harish Kher, who is better known as "LIFE COACH". Kher sir helped me alot, besides, class he has also taken my telephonic interview many times. Kher sir also plays vital role in my success.
