SBI PO 2013: Analysis and Expected Cut-Offs

Finally, SBI PO 2013 Exam is over and candidates have taken some rest, but most of the candidates have already started worrying about the cut-offs for the exam.

Well, let us give you some clarity on this. This years paper was relatively easy as compared to SBI PO 2011 Exam (SBI PO exam was conducted on 24-July-2011).

• If we compare section-by-section, Maths was easy and DI sets were not as difficult as last time. In fact, the calculation required in some DI sets was minimal, and could be done verbally. Obviously, it was a time consuming section but scoring also.
• Reasoning was also on relatively easier side.  This time the puzzle set was average difficulty, while it was difficult last time.
• GK section was of moderate difficulty. Computer questions were relatively easy.
• English was difficult this time. Options were looking too close and at times confusing

Now, on the basis of our analysis, we feel the this time and number of aspirants have increased and simultaneously, the difficulty level of the paper was reduced. We feel the expected cut-offs for SBI Paper should be as follows (+-10%) -
